LAU Cheuk-kam

“Drawing makes me focus and calm. I get to know myself better, and I also get to know Vincent van Gogh and Piscasso.”

Cheuk-kam had been very emotional, but his emotions have a way out after joining the Art Hub. He likes watercolor painting. He begins the painting with pencil sketches of abstract forms, afterwards, fills them with watercolors. Although it is not easy to understand, it is always alluring. Recently, he learns ink painting, and gives up pencil sketching when doing it. Besides, he focuses on the loading of water and ink and how to put each brushstroke. The tone of colors has been changed from dull and dark to bright and brilliant. He can also do calligraphy on words in a simple form with lesser strokes.
