Drawing of 36 Deities

The religious custom in Hong Kong is diverse. Many Hong Kong people have the habit of gods and Buddha worshipping, even though they may not comprehend the related allusion. Obviously, these traditional cultures have already integrated into the daily life of the public.
Thanks for the invitation from the Traditional Services of TWGHs. This time, i-dArt artists were invited to create deity portraits inspired by the deities worshipped in Tung Wah’s temples. 36 portraits were subsequently selected and compiled into a collection of drawings set out to encourage members of the public to appreciate temple culture through art, as well as promote the concepts of harmony and inclusion.
The illustration book is now available at the following website. Related exhibitions, products and activities will be launched soon. Stay tune~
