Ka-fai did not have much difficulty to finish his assignments. He would ever meet the requirements set. However, art learning might not be his greatest joy, rather, the exchanges at class with his fellow classmates, instructors and the staff of the Complex were. To him, the happiest time was when he could freely ask questions about his daily living, and when he could paint with full autonomy.

Ka-fai does paintings with his most favorite theme, for as many times as he liked. The daily necessities inspired Ka-fai to do his creation. The paintings are with specific arrangements and color matching. Their presentation is simple and tidy, while the objects are with carefully and clearly depicted lines. Each painting has no more than four objects or four colors. This implicit “law of creation” has become his minimalistic style.
