“Drawing of 36 Deities”Exhibition return for its fourth time. The exhibition is showcasing the drawings alongside with some brand-new works.
On view through 8th January 2021, the exhibition features 41 paintings by 17 artists from i-dArt, who were invited to create deity portraits inspired by the deities worshiped in the 13 temples under TWGHs. The opening ceremony was held on 10th November 2021, the guests of honor included Mr Yeung Chun Tong, Director of Sun Museum; Miss Chloe Suen, Chair of Simon Spencer Foundation; Mr Joseph Yuen, Senior Section Manager (Rehabilitation Services), and the mother of artist Cheng Ka Yan; they expressed their support to the exhibition.
Conveying the artists' innovative power and imaginative creativity, their works have been compiled into a catalogue titled "Drawings of 36 Deities", which is available at Museum now! Wish you will appreciate the artworks which are combined traditional temple element and ritualistic culture from i-dArt artists.
