Chi-wing is a hard-working painter but sometimes being impatient. He is curious about the subject matter taught in the art course and keeps asking question and talking in class. When he is creating artworks, he becomes quiet and never stops his creation.

Chi-wing’s artistic style is unique, with brushstrokes that create a dynamic and lively portrayal of the subjects. The process of painting is depicted as a step-by-step showcase. This is related to Chi-wing’s habit of washing the brush after each stroke by swirling it in a brush washer, without drying it before applying the paint directly onto the paper. This creates a flowing watercolor-like effect on the paper. Regardless of the type of paint used, under Chi-wing’s brush, it transforms into highly fluid pigments, which has gradually become his own distinctive style.
