TIN Kam-mui

The more Kam-mui gets familiar with the art creation, the happier she is. However, her works reveal another side of her personality.

The brightness of Kam-mui’s works is generally low due to her drawing habit. She loves painting in markers and her drawing pace is very slow, which caused an excessive absorption of ink on paper. Besides, black is her favorite color and figures with sad face are always appeared on her works. These made her works full of uneasiness. Lots of details were recorded during the slow-paced creation process, like her hands tremor and her reinterpretation about objects. It takes time for her to finish one piece of art, hence, each piece of paper she cut and each line she drew are especially treasurable.
