DanceAbility Master Teacher Scarlette Cheng (C+) and a team of young choreographers visited JCRC to engage with our dance troupe members, colleagues, and families in Community Dance Workshop, collectively exploring movement possibilities for individuals of people with different abilities.

Throughout the activity, participants discovered their physical potential and expressive possibilities through a variety of dance movements and improvisational performances. C+ encouraged everyone to embrace their individuality, helping each person find their unique rhythm and style, whether in terms of body coordination or emotional expression.
